Weekday Contact:

Continuation of Father transporting Child to daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays accompanied by Mother, but with the agreement between the parties that the supervision aspect could be phased out  within a three-week period from the date of the mediation.

Continuation of Father fetching Child from daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with afternoon/evening contact at the primary residence with Mother present in the home. Father will continue with his present activities of care, eg feeding, bathing Child. There was agreement that Father would have some unsupervised contact in the home and out thereof on these days, within the three-week period mentioned above.

 Weekend contact:

Prior to the resumption of unsupervised weekend contact at Father’s home, Mother agreed to meet with Father’s two elder children, Child’s half-brother and half-sister, to get to know them better. Father would initiate arrangements for this meeting at a neutral venue.
